Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping
